Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)

. 5+ years experience in setting up and successfully operating a project/program management office in a financial technology environment, preferably in the context of an application development/delivery group managing 10+ simultaneous programs and projects.
. 8+ years of IT project management experience
. Experience in project monitoring and control of outsourced application delivery projects in the context of an offshore managed service model
. Experience in budget processes, planning, implementation and monitoring
. Experience with IT projects in the financial industry
. Good leadership and communication skills (written and verbal)
. Experience working in a highly diverse, multi-cultural and globally distributed work environment.


Desired Skills:
. Experience with CA Clarity PPM Software
Demonstrated understanding of investment products and lifecycle, specifically equity, private equity and fixed income.

Project info: CRU Program Management Office
Role:
The Client Relationship Unit (CRU) Program Officer reports to the Associate Director/Deputy CIO. This position is responsible for operating the CRU Program Office. The Program Officer will work closely with the CRU leadership team and officers to ensure robust and transparent program and project monitoring and reporting. In addition, this position will liaise with other CBI units, including Governance, Sourcing and Production Support, to ensure a coherent approach towards managing and reporting on the entire portfolio of application delivery programs and projects and their interdependencies.

Duties and Accountabilities
Specific responsibilities include the following:
. Establishing and maintaining the CRU Delivery Roadmap, in collaboration with program and project managers, and with other CBI units responsible for elements of the overall IT Roadmap
. Ensuring unified resource planning and monitoring, including budget and resource allocation and expenditure monitoring, in close collaboration with IT Governance and IT Sourcing
. Ensuring unified weekly monitoring and monthly reporting on the entire delivery portfolio, establishing and using clear and consistent project dashboards and key performance indicators
. Producing executive-level portfolio and program updates
. Establishing and co-coordinating the application delivery risk management process as well as performing regular reviews of portfolio, program and project related risk registers
Collaborating with the IT Governance and Production Support Program Offices to create a "virtual CBI Program Office" responsible for IT Roadmap, Delivery & Deployment Planning.
