We are currently looking for JD Edwards Business Analyst.

JDE Business Analyst
. The JDE Business Analyst is the liaison between end users and the JD Edwards Developer.
. The analyst is responsible for knowing the functions of the ERP software and how each supports the end users in the various Clients departments (HR & Payroll)
. The analyst will work closely with the JD Edwards Developers and the vendor itself to craft applications that drive business value and/or respond to regulatory requirements.
. Provides functional leadership in support of daily efforts within each department as well as guiding the JD Edwards Developers through a structured methodology to delivery enhancements/fixes over time.

Position Purpose:
. Professional level positions cover exempt professionals who contribute to the organization through expertise.

Team Function/Scope:
. Serves as a member of the Application Development and Support department team and project leader as appropriate and is responsible for ensuring the satisfactory completion of significant portions of critical work and/or projects.
. Cooperates with other departments where necessary on tasks or small projects.



Experience


POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
. BS/BA in Business Management, computer science or related software engineering (desired). Associate degree in computer science or business management (required).
. Minimum 2 years of JDE business analysis experience.
. Experience working with HR & Payroll a must. Experience with upgrades of major releases of JD Edwards highly desired.
. Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Additional Skills
. Retail/Restaurant exp a plus.
. Must have at least 2 yrs JD analyst and/or dev experience.
. The person that occupied this role previously is moving to a Developer role. so transferable skills are a plus
. They use several modules but HR/Payroll exp is a must for this position
. PMP or any other certs are a plus
